^Above you can see there's app_id=*APPLICATION-ID* (Just replace *APPLICATION-ID* to your own or any application or you can create a simple application @ developers.facebook.com/apps/ to get your own application ID

to=*PROFILE-ID* (Replace this to profile ID like 20003565541 or Name of the user profile - U can find this whenever u click on any user Eg:
www.facebook.com/sreedeep.ck
here Sreedeep.ck is Profile ID..)
Finally output will be like this from above example:
